Dalia Leinart, UN CEDAW expert and country rapporteur, stated: "The CEDAW Committee has heard the sixth periodic report of the Government of Azerbaijan. The CEDAW Committee was very pleased to have an excellent and constructive dialogue with government officials."

It should be noted that on 16 June 2022, at the 82nd session of the UN Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women in Geneva, the sixth periodic report of the Government of Azerbaijan on its implementation of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women was presented.
