On September 8, 2020, an online meeting was held with the participation of 11 Child and Family Support Centers (CFSS) operating under the Committee.

The activities of CFSSs during the pandemic, the measures taken, the goals and objectives were discussed at the meeting.

Opening the event, Mrs. Bahar Muradova greeted the participants and briefed them on the activities of the Committee during the pandemic. She stressed the importance of holding discussions on the work of the Centers, analyzing the work done over the past period and the results obtained. Taking into account the growing number of applications received by the Centers in connection with the pandemic, Mrs. Muradova noted the importance of conducting online regional receptions as well.

Mr. Zohrab Hasanov, the head of the financial and economic department informed about the activities of the Centers during the pandemic and noted the tasks and goals for the implementation of state programs.

In their speeches, the leaders of the CFSS - Yagut Gahramanova (Aghdam), Sanam Alkhasova (Goranboy), Jovharat Ibrahimova (Zagatala), Latifa Aliyeva (Ismayilli), Ruhangiz Aliyeva (Sabirabad), Sitara Ahmadova (Shuvalan) and Aynur Asadova (Hajigabul) made proposals to improve the work with vulnerable families, to address the problems specific to each region.

Later in their speeches, Mrs.Sadagat Gahramanova and Mrs.Aynur Sofiyeva, the Deputy Chairmen of the Committee stressed the importance of conducting surveys in the analysis of the results of the activities carried out by the Centers, and noted that the cooperation with government agencies and Resource Centers in conducting preventive measures has yielded positive results.

In the end, relevant instructions were given to fulfill the tasks arising from the State Programs implemented by the Committee and the National Action Plan for the second half of 2020.
