The Assembly of Children's Ambassadors held an online conference on the COVID-19 pandemic threat to human life.

On July 24, 2020, with the organization of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children's Affairs, an online conference was held by the Assembly of Children's Ambassadors to discuss the main threat to human life posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and the effective organization of leisure time during the quarantine.

The conference was attended by members of the "Assembly of Children's Ambassadors" and children from different regions of the country such as Sheki, Gakh, Ismayilli, Tovuz, Barda, Lachin, Astara, Salyan and Imishli.

Opening the conference, Mrs. Konul Tagizadeh, Senior Adviser of the Committee on Children's Issues, first of all informed about the urgency of the issue, the necessity of being awared of children, like all members of society, about the coronavirus during the pandemic, and of discussions of proposals and projects for effective organization of leisure time.

During the conference, health issues in the context of the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, innovations in the online education system, personal development, organization of both interesting and educational activities for the effective organization of leisure time, useful and safe use of the internet, as well as the ways how to obtain more detailed information on children's rights, to solve the problems they face in various directions in this area were discussed and suggestions were announced.

At the end of the conference, the role of the "Assembly of Children's Ambassadors" in terms of studying various issues related to children's rights was noted, and the importance of supporting regional children's ambassadors and constantly developing relations between children participants were emphasized at the conference.
