SHORT BIOGRAPHY:   

Was born in March 1, 1949 in Shamkir district of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Was awarded a “Shohrat” medal in 2008.

Married, has 4 children.

EDUCATION:   

•in year 1966 finished the secondary school No 2 in Ali-Bayramli.

•1968-1971 being graduated from Ali-Bayramly branch of Baku Evening Oil Technical College gain an economist occupation.

•1973-1977 got an education in Baku Higher Party School.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY:

•Has started her professional activity as a pioneer leader in school No 1 in Aly-Bayramly.

•1967-1970 technical secretary in Party Committee of the city of Aly-Bayramly.

•1970-1973 head of the general division in executive committee Council of National Deputies of the city.

•From February to September of the year 1973 instructor in Aly-Bayramly city Party Committee.

•1977-1978 worked as an instructor in city Party Committee and as a head of city trade administration of mixed goods.

•In December 1978 was elected as a secretary for ideology problems in Aly-Bayramly city Party Committee.

•In December 1983 was appointed as a chairman of city National Control Committee.

•In June 1991 was elected as a chairwoman of Aly-Bayramly city Council of National Deputies.

•In September 1995 was appointed a head of Executive Committee of the city of Aly-Bayramly.

•Since 18.05.2005 is a deputy chairman of a Committee for Women Problems.

•Since February 2006 Deputy Chairwoman of the State Committee for Family, Woman and Children Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
